Though it may not look like much from the outside, this original restaurant of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, famous for his NOBU restaurants located all over the globe, is one of our favourites. Casual dining with authentic, traditional Japanese sushi, sashimi, nigiri, sake, & more, the service, ambiance, and food are incredible. It is always packed, so make a reservation if you can. We like the corner of the bar seats (pictured right) so you can see all the action - including the occasional celebrity dining.
