A Passion for Ramen

We love Ramen and Gyoza - in fact, when we try a new Japanese restaurant, we often only order gyoza as a starter, and based on the quality, taste and texture, we use this as a judgement call as to whether or not keep going. Well, at Muso, we keep going! The gyoza and the ramen at Muso in Mermaid Beach, QLD is fantastic, with a Japanese chef who takes the necessary time to make the key ingredient: the broth! (and the noodles are perfectly springy!) Highly recommend.
