Amazing Sake
Sake is my drink of choice (when I’m not drinking water), and so often those that don’t know much about sake think it has a strong alcohol taste and/or a high level of alcohol (13-18%). Sake is made from water, rice, and koji for fermentation, and depending on the quality of these ingredients, (especially the water: think Niigata, Japan), you get a beverage as diverse, if not more, than fine wines and one that I find gives me ZERO hangover.
