When my husband and I lived in Doha, Qatar, we spent many days and nights on ‘staycation’ at the stunning Mondrian hotel. The architecture and design is gorgeous and hip, and the service is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and have amazing bathtubs, (which we love). We couldn’t get enough of two of our favourite restaurants in the city of Doha, both located in the hotel - Wolfgang Puck Cut and Morimoto (we even met Chef Puck and Chef Morimoto and both men were gracious, humble, and amazing chefs (dah!). If you are in Doha or can even arrange a layover on long flights, put the Mondrian on your list. You won’t regret it.
